Kellyann is known for her exceptional service, and her aim is to continue to be a trusted partner for life for her clients, across multiple generations. Core JTC Private Office services include family governance, next generation education & succession planning and luxury asset services.
Kellyann has close to 20 years of legal experience. She began her career by qualifying as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, before returning to Jersey and qualifying as an Advocate of the Royal Court in Jersey.
Kellyann first worked for Shakespeare Martineau Solicitors in Birmingham, where she found her passion for private client work.
On returning to Jersey, Kellyann gained eight years’ experience with Bedell Cristin law firm in Jersey, working alongside some of the island’s most respected private client lawyers. She then moved to Collas Crill in Jersey, where she became a partner and was responsible for developing and growing the non-contentious Jersey private client and trusts team.
During her nine years at Collas Crill, Kellyann advised many high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients on wealth structuring, asset protection, succession planning, capacity, lasting powers of attorney, wills and probate.
Kellyann has been involved with working parties in Jersey which shape and develop Jersey’s legislation. She has published many articles, spoken at conferences and provided training on legal matters to trust companies in Jersey and intermediaries in the UK.
