Emilio graduated as a lawyer in 1993 in Argentina and, in 2004, obtained an LLM degree focused on corporate finance at Duke University, USA. Before joining JTC, he worked for top Argentine law firm Estudio Beccar Varela as a corporate and M&A lawyer before moving on to Citco and later to Equity Trust (which merged into TMF Group), where he was Regional Commercial Director for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Emilio has a wealth of experience in the Latin American corporate and private client marketplace. He focuses on delivering the best US – LatAm cross-border solutions to clients and intermediaries in the region through JTC’s international network and suite of services.
